SKY RADIO?
Tecnologia e fabbricazione 100% Made in Europe.
| SKY RADIO 2
APPLICAZIONI
SKY RADIO is an operational aid which enables detection of the proximity of a high-voltage electric line in a FREE FIELD. SKY RADIO warns the user by an audible signal and a warning light when high lift equipment approaches a 15 kV medium-voltage line at a distance of less than three meters or a 50 kV (or higher) line at a distance of less than 5 meters. A remote module enables the user to receive a warning signal at a distance of up to 100 m.
PRESENTAZIONE
SKY RADIO comprises from 1 to 8 independent sensors for the detection of the electric field. Each sensor includes a radio transmitter/receiver module, which communicates continuously with the central processor unit (CP). The radio communication is held secure by scanning the radio channel to detect any interference. The CP has an antenna mounted on the vehicle roof and an internal clock to enable time-stamping of all the memorised information.
OPERATION
SKY RADIO measures the electric field around a medium or high-voltage line and then by the analysis of this measurement indicates the no-go zone not to enter (risk zone : three meters around a medium-voltage line, five meters around a high-voltage line : articles 172 and 173 of the law of 8 January 1965 modified by that of 6 May 1995). SKY RADIO indicates which sensor has detected the required level by an audible and light signal, and if desired by temporarily stopping the movement. The sensors are continuously interrogated by the processing module in order to verify their operational state, the battery charge level and the operation of the various radio channels, so avoiding any failure which could be dangerous for the operating personnel (audible and light signal of the faulty sensor). Easy to install, SKY RADIO requires no adjustments.

| SKY RADIO 2
An operational AID system for the remote detection of medium and high voltage overhead electric lines.
The SkyRadio equipment is equipped with 1 to 9 independent sensors to detect High-Voltage lines. Each sensor is mounted on a part of the mobile organ of the machine. To communicate with the calculating unit, each sensor has its own radio emitter/receptor, permanently connected. Radio communication is secured by scanning radio channels to detect and avoid possible disturbances.
